my characters are all technically ufo. you can offer on them, ask for a price, ask if theyre free. most of the time, ill say if they are, sometimes i wont :Pi list ALL of my characters as ufo or free because if i decide i want to rehome a character via freebie, raffle, ota, etc,
i have a backlog of who's interested via comments! :3having a system for myself like this helps me give out ocs that i would otherwise hoard. i am notoriously at giving up ocs, and having people ask if they are free helps with this! sorry if that doesnt make sense :]c. _ .tldr, having characters listed as free helps with my hoarding.

i will always try to match up the lineart as best i can, but i will not make any significant edits to the base.
